Why Good Attendance is the BEST Start for Your Child
At HEYSA Nursery Schools we are committed to providing an education of the highest quality for all our children. We believe high attainment depends on good attendance and punctuality.
Missing just a few days of Nursery can have a big impact on your child's learning and social development. Think of it as building a strong foundation for their future!

Benefits of Regular Attendance |
|
|
Communication, Language & Literacy |
They hear daily stories, sing rhymes, and build a strong vocabulary. Missing days means missing key learning experiences. |
|
Personal, Social & Emotional development |
They learn how to share, take turns, follow rules, and manage their feelings while interacting with children and adults. |
|
Building a sense of routine |
Good attendance helps them get used to the rhythm and routine of school life, making the transition to primary school much easier and less stressful. |
Did You Know?
Missing just 2 days a month in an early education setting means your child could miss 20-30 days over the school year. That's a huge amount of learning time lost!
