Staff Well Being

At our HEYSA schools, we believe in the importance of investing in our staff team and supporting their wellbeing. Promoting wellbeing helps prevent stress and creates positive working environments where individuals – and the whole school community – can thrive.

Supporting our staff team is one of our key priorities. In turn, this enables them to provide the highest quality education and care to the children and families within our community.   

We have a dedicated Staff Wellbeing Policy, along with a seasonal calendar of activities and experiences. These complement the suite of policies provided by Haringey HR services.

Our HEYSA schools, including the Children’s Centre, are proud to be committed to the Education Staff Wellbeing Charter.
